By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States. You agree to provide accurate, current information in your application.

Opportunities offered through Richland Collective are independent-contractor (1099), performance-based roles. Income is not guaranteed. Income is performance-based. Results vary by individual effort, market, and activity.

1. Richland Collective Application & Opportunity Updates: recurring automated text messages about your application — interview scheduling, application-status updates, onboarding reminders — and occasional messages about partner campaign opportunities.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or reach out directly to admin@richlandcollective.com.
4. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency of any kind between you and Richland Collective. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Richland Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, the application process, or any opportunity described here. The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
